In3 Purpose & Mission
Our main purpose enables middle-market project developers access to billions in available capital, with value-added services to accelerate and more reliably secure funding in the US and emerging markets worldwide. We also firmly believe that access to this capital should not be a privilege reserved for the few (the 1% that already has it), but instead must include the knowledge to assist anyone with the talent, temperament and commitment to seeing it through. We are lifelong learners and want to support others who approach business opportunities with the same non-egoic determination.
To literally put our money where our (website’s) mouth is, we provide streamlined access to diverse sources of impact capital, but by far the most reliable, affordable and expedient source is an in-house partner that finances when either a bank-involved Standby Letter of Credit (SbLC), Sovereign Guarantee (SG), private Promissory Note with Aval (AvPN), or qualifying Bond (public or private, ISIN-registered and rated) can be obtained for at least some of the required capital.

Our Sweet Spot — renewables and “climate finance”
Our focus is international development through infrastructure project finance. In particular, we specialize in project finance for renewable resources — clean energy, food, water, and materials (nearly 30 different sectors at present) — but we are open to any industry that delivers social and/or environmental benefits.
Within this diverse set of industries, we are specialists in four—
1) Utility-scale solar — solar/PV, storage, and hybrids
2) LED lighting and energy efficiency/management
3) Waste-to-Value (WtV) or Energy, including materials recovery such as carbon/char, fertilizers, etc.
4) Regenerative and sustainable agriculture (sometimes also called Conservation Agriculture).
For developers in any of these industries we offer our expert guidance in the form of technical services, assistance with project origination, design & feasibility, business planning, financial modeling, as well as related EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) services, vetting (pre-due diligence), and de-risking.
