Project Finance Templates and Quick Guides
In3 CAP — Completion Assurance Program™ uses a standardized financial instrument as a guarantee of project completion and commissioning, but in an innovative way (what makes CAP funding different?).
This page will help you find the templates you need to get under contract for mid-market project funding of $25 million or more (see also In3Finance.com/RESOURCES). Assuming your project fits one of our sectors, the first step is to identify a source of a guarantee, which is one of three types:
- Standby Letter of Credit (SbLC) or Bank Guarantee (BG)
- Bank-endorsed Promissory Note (with an Aval), or AvPN
- Sovereign Guarantees (SG) & Verification
This is Step 3 in our 6-step pre-qualification process outlined here.
