What We Do

In³ helps investors and entrepreneurs "profit with meaning." We link sustainable technology (cleantech) ventures with investors via online and physical meetings through our network of venture partners.

Our investor services provide access to carefully selected, rapid growth, cleantech enterprises, offering several key advantages for qualified investors.

We also assist venture teams to accelerate the commercial development of their business, improve processes or strategies, and expand success. We specialize in serving enterprises with sustainability at their core, but also support more established companies that wish to implement additional sustainable practices and programs.

Venture Screening

All listed sustainable technology companies have:

Experienced management teams, well-versed in operating technology companies, with track records of success, with the ability to build and lead high-performance teams
Clear competitive advantages and defensible leadership positions in growth sectors; defensible intellectual property such as landmark patents or license arrangements that provide investor reassurance of sustained competitive advantages.
Products or services that are ready for market, ready for wider distribution, or that are poised for rapid growth within new markets.
Profitable exit strategies (or other liquidity events), typically within three to five years.

If a venture meets all of the above criteria, fits into one or more of our listed industries, and follows our guidelines for listing, we would ask a company representative to fill out our venture application, and we then contact that venture for additional support documentation and to arrange a mutual interview.

In³ receives hundreds of business plans and executive summaries a year from companies looking for development assistance and access to investors. Due to this volume, we can respond only to companies that fit In3's criteria (as shown above) and closely match the interests of our network of investors and business partners.
