In3 provides early stage, private equity search and placement, venture development, and business planning services. With our member investors and network, we look at deals in the range of $500,000-$10MM. We sometimes take a minority stake in the ventures we serve, looking for synergies with our other portfolio companies.

Our members and advisors are CEOs, CTOs, VCs, serial entrepreneurs, and active private equity investors. We enjoy close relationships with Investment Banks, securities broker/dealers and biorenewables industry analysts and consultants. These relationships facilitate access to talent, vital services, and resources (capital) — all essential to the challenging prospect of building successful, sustainable technology ventures.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to bring together qualified projects and private equity to commercialize this sustainable technology.

Through core competencies in management communication, team building, executive coaching, and organizational development, we may also play a fee-for-service role to help strengthen a venture's presentation, press and public relations, market position or branding (view enterprise development consulting). In³ works with an expanding network of business angels, venture capitalists, corporate and institutional investors for early stage financing, debt syndiations, second-stage / expansion capital and gap financing. Our speciality has become using innovative structures and strategies to spread risk and maximize returns.

With home office in California and affiliates in Southern Germany (Munich) and New Zealand, we provide a streamlined way for private, corporate and institutional investors to obtain an equity interest in strategic sustainable technology (AKA "cleantech") ventures worldwide.

What We Are Not

In3 is not a fund and does not typically play a lead investment role in any transactions. We are also not independently-registered securities broker/dealers (though we have access to advisors and placement agents in this regard). Member investors and advisors collaborate on due diligence, but make individual investment decisions. Because members are sophisticated and accredited investors, they understand the complexity and risk/reward dynamics of early stage, private equity investing.

Our quality deal flow comes from our community of members and our expanding network of business partners, universities, boutique venture funds, legal and accounting firms.

Do NOT include confidential information during this initial application as we will not sign an NDA for initial proposals.
